We do not organize or deliver the conferences listed on our platform. All event content, schedules, speakers, logistics and fulfillment are the responsibility of the respective Organizers. We may process ticket orders on their behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By purchasing through us, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due at the time of booking. Orders may be handled by third-party payment processors.
• Change of mind: You may request a refund within 5 working days from the date of purchase. After this period, no refund will be issued, except where required by law.
• Organizer changes/cancellation: If an Organizer cancels or materially changes an event, we will reasonably assist you in pursuing a refund or remedy from the Organizer; however, we do not guarantee outcomes and are not responsible for Organizer decisions.

5. Disclaimers

We do not warrant the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or delivery of any conference. Travel, accommodation and other incidental costs are solely your responsibility. The Site is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Site content is owned by us or our licensors. Event materials belong to the respective Organizers and/or speakers. No content may be copied, distributed, or used except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel or accommodation costs, lost profits, or business interruption.
